Life coaching is much more than a service.

Coaches support you in key areas of your life based on personal and sensitive conversations. You meet on a regular basis over a few months.

To that end, we offer free introduction sessions where you can meet your coach and discuss:

  • What brings you to coaching
  • How we run our programmes
  • Any question you may have.

To protect your privacy, we use the most secure tools possible for our communication: end-to-end encrypted (Signal or WhatsApp) or at least encrypted (ProtonMail) whenever possible.
